Zuro devices and flavoured cores are not edible and are not intended for consumption. Do not place the device in your mouth beyond normal intended use. Do not swallow, chew, or ingest any part of the device or core.

Keep Zuro products out of reach of children and animals.

If any part of the product is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Zuro products are intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By purchasing from us you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18.

We do not market to or knowingly sell to minors.

The Zuro app is a free wellness and motivation companion. It is not a medical device, therapeutic tool, or treatment program of any kind.

The app is designed to help users track their personal progress, celebrate milestones, and stay motivated on their nicotine-free journey. It does not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, or personalised health recommendations.

The AI coach feature within the app is a motivational tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or clinical support. Responses from the AI coach are generated automatically and should not be relied upon for health decisions.

Zuro is not responsible for any decisions made based on content generated by the AI coach.

Zuro makes no claims that its products or app will help you reduce, stop, or manage nicotine use. Any progress you make on your nicotine-free journey is your own achievement.

Lung health estimates and progress tracking shown in the app are motivational tools only. They are not medical assessments, clinical measurements, or health diagnoses. They should not be relied upon for any health or medical decision.

Use Zuro only as directed. Do not modify, disassemble, or attempt to refill the device or core yourself.

Zuro devices contain no nicotine, tobacco, battery, heating element, or electronic components. However, if you experience any unexpected reaction during use, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.

Zuro is not responsible for misuse of its products outside of their intended purpose.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at support@zuroair.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

All content on the Zuro website and app including copy, design, logos, product names, and branding is the property of Flin Imports Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Flin Imports Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or app.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our site or app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
